Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Free Shipping on all orders within New Zealand.
- For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas.
- For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
