At Freedom Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we’ve got you covered.

Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility:
  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• How to Return:
  To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@freedomwellness.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
• Refunds:
  Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
  Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us immediately at hello@freedomwellness.co.nz with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
